   A quick browse round Pinterest and eventually I think I may have found something that will help. 
I have exactly 21 days until the work Highland games trip. I think I might see if I can find a similar leg workout to slip into those rest days. 

Although her weights do look a tad bigger than my 2.5kg ones.

  1. Oooh I’m going to try this one! I love challenges like this. 🙂 I’ve done the 30 Day Squat challenge who knows how many times and the 30 Day Ab challenge at least twice…that one isn’t quite as fun lol Have fun with it! 🙂

    • Do you find they work if you follow them properly? I’ve never done one before. Sounds like a good way of targeting areas without getting bored though 😄

      • Well, the 30 Day Squat Challenge definitely improved the toning in my thighs and made my butt look better lol the 30 Day Ab Challenge didn’t have any visible effects but my core was stronger by the end so that’s good. 🙂
